I have been including floor plans and multiple 360° virtual tours as part of the included marketing services for all listings for sale for the last several years. I have always found them to be really effective in communicating the home and its wonderful features. However, like many leading Realtors®, I am in constant search of ways to improve the effectiveness of my property listing marketing.
